The desk is a phone number and an email. Managers text it when they need a vendor. Contractors get a text when a need in their trade comes in and reply Y to take it. We confirm every meeting the day before.

How routing works
Who hears first.
- 01The contractor with the opening in that trade and market.
- 02Then contractors with their packet done.
- 03Then everyone else, by responsiveness.
- Never more than three contractors on one need.
- No-shows and meetings that don't match the definition don't count.

Same number, with a season switched on.
Storm desk
North Texas: hail, March–June. Arizona: monsoon, June–September.
Freeze desk
North Texas, November–February.
Heat desk
North Texas, June–September. Arizona, May–September.
