About

OnRoster is a vendor desk.

OnRoster is the vendor desk property managers use, and the way contractors get on it. Managers get a free roster of contractors with paperwork done and one number to call. Contractors get on the approved list before the job exists, one per trade, per market.

We are not a contractor and do not perform work. We run the desk across North Texas (Dallas; Fort Worth & Mid-Cities; Plano · Frisco · McKinney; Denton & Northwest) and Arizona (Phoenix (Maricopa + Pinal); Tucson (Pima)). More markets as openings fill.

OnRoster is a service of Inertia Management, 8 The Green Ste R, Dover, DE 19901.
